How does the 30 day trial work?
If you want to take a birchHR for a test drive before you buy, our one-time, 30 day free trial allows you to do just that. Discover how easy and efficient the hiring process can be by posting up to two jobs for 30 days with birchHR. If you like what you see and sign-up with birchHR, all your company information will carry over with no interruption to your service.
How do I pay for your service?
When you sign up with birchHR and select a plan, we ask you to provide basic company and credit card information. Every month, we will automatically deduct the monthly fee from your account, along with any additional fees that are incurred (i.e. such as boosted job board posts). You can count on us for simple invoices and responsive customer service.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you sign up for a monthly fee, you can cancel at any point. Afterwards, your card will not be charged for the following month. If you sign up for annual fee, you can also cancel at any time. Any remaining months in your annual plan cannot be refunded. You may reactivate your account at any point and all your information will be stored and saved.
Does birchHR help me with set-up and onboarding?
The birchHR platform is intuitive by design and set-up is simple. To help you along the way, we provide easy-to-follow instructions and a member of our team will even reach out, answer any questions, and make sure you are up and running smoothly.
Does birchHR integrate with job boards?
Of course! We integrate with both free and premium job boards. Furthermore, we’re always growing our list of integrations.
